SOUTH WINDS WINS PARTICIPATION AWARD

Saturday, June 3rd ten South Winds Members entered their cars in the 5th Annual Cherokee Strip Corvette Show in Ponca City tying for second in club participation winning $100 in cash. First place was the Enid club with 11 cars - only 2 more and we would have won $250.

Club members also did very well bringing home 6 class awards! This is a quality show put on by a high class club and it attracts some of the best quality corvettes from Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma (even one from Georgia). I'd like to thank the following members for attending - Joe E, Mike D, Randy M, Darrel R, Mike W, Mike R, Steve C, Terry P, and our newest member that you will all meet at the next meeting.
