Corvettes, Boy Scouts and Wild Hogs

WH_800x600_01.jpg

About a dozen South Winds corvettes attended the "Boy Scout College" event held at the Wichita Area Technical College on Saturday, March 10th from 10am to 2pm. There were over 500 scouts, leaders, and parents that participated in the event. Members who brought their vettes out were rewarded with their own "merit badge" and hat, not to mention the opportunity to "sound off" their exhaust systems. Thanks to Janet and Dave D who brought this to our attention.

Later that same day, 10 members enjoyed a short cruise to the best oriental buffet in town followed by a trip to the movies to watch "Wild Hogs" - it was fantastic, most said they hadn't laughed like that in a long time. Thanks Bill and Linda!
