1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel R.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
Dinner reservations were made at Old Chicago by Mark P. for approximately 20 people.
Approximately 40 members including guests attended tonight's meeting.

2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel R.
Guests who were introduced:
Jay H. and James H.

3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale G.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Special Car Show Meeting minutes are also posted on the web site.

4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Chris L.
- Chris reconciled the bank account for the past year.
- All but 11 members renewed membership by the Nov. 15th deadline. More expected to renew.

5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR REPORT - given by Karla S.
- Member renewals have been sent in to NCCC.
- Jeremiah S. and August R. signed life time memberships with NCCC.

6. VICE PRESIDENT & CLUB WEB SITE REPORT - given by V.P. Jerry M.
- Send Jerry M. or Dale G. an update if your contact or car information change.
- Let us know if you plan on renewing your membership so we don't remove you from the web site contact list.
- David E. H. and David G. H (our beloved Florida members) sent the membership a Christmas card.
Keep them in your thoughts as they have had same challenges this past year.
Feel free to give them a call sometime.

7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) LOCAL CAR SHOW COORDINATOR - given by Mike W
* Reports of shows attended by members
- Bill P. reported that 9 cars were shown by SWCC members at the Bumper to Bumper car show.

* Reports of upcoming shows of particular interest to our members
- Some members are planning a trip to the Barrett Jackson auto auction.

b) CLUB FUNCTIONS - given by Linda P. & Kathy W.
* RECAP OF LAST MONTHS DRIVE & DINE EVENT
Many thanks to Ron and Kathy W. for hosting the event.
25 people and 14 Corvettes attended the November event to the Copper Oven restaurant.

* UPCOMING SWCC CHRISTMAS PARTY
Many thanks to Rick and Jan for volunteering their wonderful club house for our little get together.
Please show them your appreciation if you get a chance.

Dirty Santa Gift Exchange:
$15 - 20 gift is suggested. It's up to you if you want to spend MORE or less.

c) W.A.C.C.C. - given by Bill P.
- Elections were held last month. The same board members were re-elected for another term.
- Lake Afton All Wheels car show may not happen this year.

8. TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW - Show Date is Saturday September 20
a) - Jerry Mc. gave a brief narration of the special meeting called to discuss next years car show.
- Jerry Mc. thanked other members of the special committee for their work done on the committee.

a) CAR SHOW UPDATE - given by Iran W. who organizes the Central Community Church car show.
- Iran showed example of plaque for this years show.
- Iran has been working very hard and making a lot of progress on getting more variety in the show.
- Iran asked our members to think of unique things to show.
- Iran is working with some Wichita Eagle writers to bring some of their show cars.
- Iran is working on getting a drag boat to show.
- Iran is working on getting a 9 person bicycle brought from a museum.

b) CAR SHOW COMMITTEE - Many thanks to Rick N. for volunteering his time and talent as show chair.
- Other members who volunteered for the committee are:
- Kurt & Karin G., Jerry Mc., Rick N., Jim P., Terry P., Darrel R. and Ron W.
- Let Rick N. know if you would also like to volunteer. There's never a shortage of things to do.

9. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
- Contact Karla S. if you have an unused Verizon phone you would like to donate.
- Jerry Mc. announced some SCCA shows featuring Corvette's coming up on Speed Channel.
- Darrel R. mentioned SWCC sent a plant in remembrance of Bill and Linda P. mother who recently passed away.
- Darrel R. read a thank you card sent from Bill and Linda P. to the SWCC membership
for remembering their mother who recently passed away.
