1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel R.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
Dinner reservations were made at Timberline Steak House by Larry R.
Approximately 29 members including guests attended tonight's meeting.
2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel R.
Guests who were introduced: None
3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale G.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Send Jerry M. or Dale G. an update if your contact or car information change.
4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Janet D.
5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR MESSAGE - given by Mike R.
- Discussed registering our car show as a NCCC sanctioned event. This could get the word out to other clubs.
- Working on getting more NCCC registration cards.
- Will be working with our web team to post the NCCC Governors manual.
- 49th NCCC Convention to be held in Tulsa, OK June 21-27. Check this web site out for more details.

6. VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE - given by Rick N.
- Discussed a group of members may be going to the Bloomington Gold event in June.
- Contact Rick N. if you are interested in going.
7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) WEB SITE ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENT/DISCUSSION - given by Jerry M. & Dale G.
Jerry M sent an email to the membership with the following message.
If you have not been to the website in awhile you may want to check it out as each month we will feature a generation of our corvette, South Winds family. This month it is C1 and C2. Next will be C3. It may take a couple of months to do C5, we will see. What this means is that if you want your "special" Vette on the web and you have not sent me a picture of it.....you may miss out.

Many thanks to Rick & Jan N. for hosting the annual Christmas party.
50 people and not many Corvettes (due to lots of snow) attended the December event.

- Bill was not at the meeting tonight.
8. TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW - Show Date is Saturday September 20
a) CAR SHOW UPDATE - given by Iran Wheeler
- Iran gave the club a list of things he's working on.
- Car show committee meeting to be held in January.
9. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
a) LOCAL CAR SHOW UPDATES - given by Mike W
* Reports of shows attended by members
- None
* Reports of upcoming shows of particular interest to our members
- Hutchinson car show in February (inside event).
b) The Wichita Children's Home sent a thank you note to the club for our donation to their organization. This year our donation went to furniture and other items for teen mom wing of the building.
c) Mike Mc. has 2002 Z06 for sale.
d) Stephanie Flaming with the Orpheum Theater discussed an upcoming car show to benefit the Orpheum Theater.
- Date is May 4th from 2-6. She is looking to broaden the fund raising customer base for fund raising.
- She would like any and all help you could provide in serving on the Orpheum car show committee.

10. DRAW FOR DOOR PRIZE -
Karla S. won a nice coffee table Corvette book donated by Darrel R.
She had the correct answer that Cliff C. (SWCC Member # 135) is currently the member with the earliest membership #. Congratulations Karla. And congratulations Cliff for putting up with us for so long!
11. ENTERTAIN MOTION TO ADJOURN MEETING - Adjourned at 7:30 PM.
