1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel R.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
Dinner reservations were made at Chili's for approximately 8 people.
Approximately 25 members including guests attended tonight's meeting.

2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel R.
Guests who were introduced:

3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale G.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Send Jerry M. or Dale G. an update if your contact or car information change.

4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Janet D.

5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR MESSAGE - given by Mike R.
- Membership have all been sent out, packets did not include pins & calendar.
- The pins & calendars were all sent to Mike, you can get yours from him.
- A link to the NCCC Governor's page has been added to the South Winds webpage.

6. VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE - given by Rick N.

7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) WEB SITE ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENT/DISCUSSION - given by Jerry M. & Dale G.

b) CLUB FUNCTIONS - given by Linda P. & Kathy W.
- No dinner cruise was held in January
- UPCOMING MONTHLY DRIVE & DINE
Many thanks to Ron & Kathy W. for hosting next months event.

Date: Saturday, February 23
Time: Leave the parking lot of RiverLawn Church at 5:30 p.m. (4243 N. Meridian)
Destination: Anchor restaurant in Hutchinson & the Salt City car show at the fairgrounds

We need a head count to confirm our reservation with the restaurant.
Please respond if you can join us & provide the total number of people who will be attending.
If the weather is not ideal we will take our steel cars & still have a good time.

c) W.A.C.C.C. - given by Darrell R.
- Annual Lake Afton car show will be held June 8th

8. TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW - Show Date is Saturday September 20
a) CAR SHOW UPDATE - given by Karen G.
- Committee meeting held 1/29.
- The hours of the car show will be noon - 6:00
- Registration will be noon - 2:30
- Judging will begin at 2:30
- Awards at 6:00.
- This year pre-registration will be available.
- Next committee meeting will be 2/26.

9. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
a) LOCAL CAR SHOW UPDATES - given by Mike W
* The Friday night cruise, previously hosted by BackYard Burger,
is moving to Biggs Bar 7111 W. Central.
It will begin mid March or first of April

* Reports of upcoming shows of particular interest to our members
- Hutchinson Salt City car show 2/23-24,
- Enid car show 4/5

10. DRAW FOR DOOR PRIZE - Mark P.
- No drawing for door prize this month

11. ENTERTAIN MOTION TO ADJOURN MEETING - Adjourned at 7:20 PM.

12. TRADITIONAL CORVETTE CARAVAN TO RESTAURANT
- Approximately 8 members including guests enjoyed dinner at Chili's
