1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel R.
Meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm.
Dinner reservations were made at Willy C's by Mark P. for approximately 15 people.
2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel R.
Guests who were introduced:
- Rick N. introduced some guests from Cessna. The Cessna guests thanked Rick N., Jan N. and others for loaning some cars for a Six Sigma photo shoot project with a Route 66 theme. They gave them several very nice framed pictures of the cars that were donated for the project.
- Greg F. introduced his co-worker Jason. Jason owns a 1969 with a 350 small block.
- Mark M. introduced Brian.
3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale G.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Send Jerry M. or Dale G. an update if your contact or car information change.
4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Janet D.
- Contact Treasure for details.
- Motion was made and 2nd to move the SWCC bank account to a Wichita location.
5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR MESSAGE - given by Mike R.
- Some discussion about the upcoming NCCC convention in Tulsa, OK. in June. Some members may consider making a trip to the convention for an event. A link to the NCCC convention is located on the right side bar of the SWCC web site.

6. VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE - given by Rick N.
- Orpheum Theater car show information given to membership. See below for more information on show.
7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) WEB SITE ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENT/DISCUSSION - given by Jerry M. & Dale G.
- Jerry posted the clubs family of C5's on the home page.
- Next month's feature will be our clubs family of C6's.
- Email any updated pictures of your C6 to Jerry or Dale for the C6 feature.
b) CLUB FUNCTIONS - given by Linda P. & Kathy W.

Date: Saturday, February 23
Time: Leave the parking lot of RiverLawn Church at 5:30 p.m. (4243 N. Meridian)
Destination: Anchor restaurant in Hutchinson & the Salt City car show at the fairgrounds
20 people and 0 Corvettes attended the March event.
Notice the 0 Corvettes? There was a big snow storm. Everyone was surprised at how many club members came out to participate.
Some members went on to Hutchinson where a snow ball fight broke out. Other members stayed in town and dined at the Cortez restaurant.

Time: Leave the parking lot of Home Depot on West Kellogg (next to Davis Moore) at 6:00 p.m.
Destination: Approximately a 40 mile drive from west Wichita
We need a head count to confirm our reservation with the restaurant.
Please respond to this email if you can join us & provide the total number of people who will be attending. If the weather is less than ideal, drive your other car!

- Bill P. sent a broadcast email 2/23/2008 to the membership requesting ideas for the upcoming River Festival car show.
- Jim Ph. announced plans to lead a caravan to Kansas City for the Outlaw Cigar Company get together in April.

- Chris L. has information about a Corvette for sale and 4 tickets to Bush Nextel races.
- Darrel R. talked about helping to promote Davis Moore with our club presence at an upcoming event to be discussed later.

Door prizes won by Alex N. and Michael Ha.
11. ENTERTAIN MOTION TO ADJOURN MEETING - Adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
12. TRADITIONAL CORVETTE CARAVAN TO RESTAURANT
9 Corvettes were present and approximately 15 members including guests enjoyed dinner at Willy C's.
