1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel R.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
Dinner reservations were made at Shorty Smalls by Mark P.
Approximately 39 members including guests attended tonight's meeting.

2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel R.
Guests who were introduced:
Russell & Cathy L. with a 1990 Black Corvette.
Stephanie Flaming with the Orpheum Theatre.

3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale Gr.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Send Jerry M. or Dale G. an update if your contact or car information change.
- Mike De. has volunteered to take meeting minutes as Dale will be out of town.

4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Janet De.
- No report, Janet was not present.
- No update on moving club bank account to Wichita.

5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR MESSAGE - given by Mike Ro.
- Mike suggested putting the info. he receives from NCCC on our web site.
- Reminder to pickup your NCCC pin and calendar at this meeting.
- NCCC considering dues increase.
- Explained insurance waiver. Any rolling event is covered by NCCC insurance policy because we require all of our primary members to also be members of NCCC. NCCC would like participants to sign the waiver before any rolling event. Should keep the waiver for one year then throw away.
- Mike was going to send a copy of the insurance waiver to Dale Gr. and Jerry Mc. to post on our web site.

6. VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE - given by Rick Nu.
- No report, Rick was not present.

7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) WEB SITE ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENT/DISCUSSION - given by Jerry Mc. & Dale Gr.
- Membership broadcast email was sent out with new username for web site password protected area.
- Jerry is planning on posting our clubs family of C6's for the April home page feature.
- Twilight Classic Car Show flyer was posted at the top of our web site.

b) CLUB FUNCTIONS - given by Linda P. & Kathy W.
* RECAP OF LAST MONTHS DRIVE & DINE EVENT
Many thanks to Bob & Jeanne Be. for hosting the event.
24 people and 13 Corvettes attended the March event to the Pretty Prairie Steak House.

* UPCOMING MONTHLY DRIVE & DINE
Many thanks to Steve & Karla Sh. for hosting next months event.
Please email all club members with the event details.
- Date: Saturday April 19th
- Time: Leave Riverlawn Christian Church at 5PM.
- Destination: To be announced.

- We need members to host upcoming drive and dines. Please volunteer. Contact Linda Pu. or Kathy We.

c) W.A.C.C.C. - given by Bill P.
- Will be meeting next month to go over Lake Afton car show.
- Passed out flyer for Neodesha, KS car show.
- Will send out membership broadcast email looking for small group from our club to judge the River Festival car show.

8. TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW - Show Date is Sat. Sep. 20 at Central Community Church

a) CAR SHOW UPDATE - given by Kurt G.
- Lots of information here. Contact Kurt if you have questions.
- Committee meeting was held on March 25th.
- Committee is making a lot of progress on show details.
- Pre-registration has been scratched.
- A BIG THANKS to Dallas & Kerri Ke. and Jan Nu. who volunteered to make the extra special awards.

9. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
a) LOCAL CAR SHOW UPDATES - given by Mike W
* See SWCC web site for area car show calendar.

* Reports of upcoming shows of particular interest to our members

- Stephanie Flaming gave an update on the Orpheum car show. Date is Sunday May 4th. Stephanie gave Cliff Cr. a special prize for being the first person to register for the show. Show will be based on a Golden Globes theme. Drive across red carpet to enter the show. Dash plaque, and awards will be based on Golden Globe theme. Planning an outside movie. Pre-registration is $10.00.

- 4 or 5 members expressed interested in caravanning to KC for Outlaw Cigar Company hosted event.

* Braggin' Time - Brief report on shows attended by members last month.
- Bob & Jeanne Be. put 2400 miles on their C6 on a trip to Baja, CA.
- Larry Ri. won a trophy at the Hutchinson car show.

b) MEMBER ANNOUNCEMNENTS
- Jan Nu. suggested our club might talk to person who is restoring Neil Young's car and extend an invitation to escort Neil and his car on a drive around Wichita, KS. Contact Jan if you're interested in helping out.
- Jerry McK. knows of a 1975 convertible for sale. White and lots of new equipment.
- Chris La. may be interested in selling his C2. Contact him if you're interested.
- Cliff Cr. asked if there were any further discussion regarding an upcoming Davis Moore advertising event that our club may participate in. No further details.

10. DRAW FOR DOOR PRIZE - Mark P.
Door prize won by Jim Ph.

11. ENTERTAIN MOTION TO ADJOURN MEETING - Adjourned at 7:40 PM.

12. TRADITIONAL CORVETTE CARAVAN TO RESTAURANT
16 Corvettes were present and approximately 26 members including guests enjoyed dinner at Shorty Smalls.
