1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - President Darrel Ro.
- Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
- Mark P. made dinner reservations at Carlos O'Kelleys.
- Approximately 30 members including guests attended tonight's meeting.
2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS - President Darrel Ro.
Guests who were introduced: None
3. SECRETARY REPORT - given by Dale Gr.
- Last months minutes are posted on the club web site.
- Send Jerry McK. or Dale Gr. an update if your contact or car information change.
- Does the club want Hog Wild to bring iced tea? Yes
4. TREASURER REPORT - given by Janet De.
- Contact Treasurer for details. Went over car show balance.
5. NCCC CLUB GOVERNOR MESSAGE - given by Mike Ro.
- Will send NCCC broadcast email updates to membership as he gets them.
- NCCC renewal was sent in by Nov. 22.
- Mike & Janet Den. contacted all members we had not heard from regarding membership renewal.
- NCCC would like all of the club members email addresses. Mike said he would discuss it with the membership.
6. VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE - given by Rick Nu.
- Not present. Out of town.
7. CLUB COORDINATORS REPORT:
a) CLUB FUNCTIONS - given by Linda Pu. & Kathy We.

Many thanks to Ron & Kathy Wes. for hosting the event.
26 people and 13 Corvettes attended the November event to Spears buffet.
After dinner the group cruised to the Keeper of the Plains for the lighting of the torches.

b) WEB SITE ADMIN ANNOUNCEMENT/DISCUSSION - given by Jerry McK. & Dale Gr.
- Web site password will be changed early next year.
c) W.A.C.C.C. - given by Bill Pu.
- A new WACCC president was elected and other board members stayed the same.
- Stephanie Flaming passed out cards for next years Orpheum car show.
- Troy Pate's mom would like information on upcoming car shows.
- June 21st 2009 is the date for next years Lake Afton Car Show.
8. Fund Raising Event Committee - Results & Recommendations For Next Years Event

- Lots of information here. Contact Jerry McK. if you have questions.
- Committee meeting was held on November 19th.
- Jerry passed out a voting ballot to discuss with the membership. Ballot had two check boxes.
- 1st check box titled "South Winds has a club sponsored car show under the following conditions":
- 2nd check box titled "South Winds does NOT have a car show":
- The ballot was discussed and Jerry was going to update is based on some suggestions.
- A vote will take place at the January club meeting.
- One comment made by the committee wanted to make sure the membership knew there was not any club money spent on start up expenses. These expenses were paid with initial donations.
- Another comment made by the committee was they didn't want the membership to second-guess and criticize the previous car show committee. Members must recognize they delegated the stewardship of this club sponsored event to the committee.
- Central Community Church will be having a car show September 2009.
9. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
a) LOCAL CAR SHOW UPDATES - Nothing to report.
b) BRAGGIN' TIME & MEMBER ANNOUNCEMNENTS
- Rick & Jan Nuc. were featured in the November 29th Wichita on Wheels section of the Wichita Eagle.
- Kurt Gei. recieved a call as a result of being listed in the DriveLine publication of NCRS. An out of state person asked Kurt (who also asked Dallas Kel.) to check out a car for that was for sale. The person bought the car based on their recommendation.
- Contact Kurt if you are interested in becoming a NCRS member.
c) Club Officer Election Committee Members - Marcia Row., Walter Da. & Jim Pha.
- Officer election results:
President = Jerry McK.
Vice President = Greg Far.
Secretary = Dale Gre.
Treasurer = Janet Den.
NCCC Governor = Mike Row.
d) A check for $3,000 will be delivered to the Wichita Children's Home. They are very excited to receive the donation as it will be used for remodeling the teen boys section.
10. DRAW FOR DOOR PRIZE - Mark Pa.
Door prize won by Ron Wes.
11. ENTERTAIN MOTION TO ADJOURN MEETING - Adjourned at 7:30 PM.
