1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER by President Jerry McK. at 7:00 PM and ended at 8:05.
-> Approximately 38 members including guests attended tonight's meeting which was held at Player's Sports Bar & Grill.
2. NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS WELCOMED by President Jerry McK.
-> Jerry recognized Dave & Aleta Bol. as new members who have re-joined our club.
3. OFFICER TIME:
-> Minutes are on the club web site and NCCC Governor sends email updates as needed.
-> Send Jerry McK. or Dale Gr. an update if your contact or car information change.
-> Jerry shared a home made and very entertaining video tribute of the SWCC 25th + 1 anniversary party.
3a) CORVETTE TRIVIA QUESTION - given by Mike Ro.
3b) TREASURER REPORT given by Janet De. announced this month balance as $ 1,938.93
3c) RECOGNIZE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BIRTHDAYS & "WHO AM I" QUESTION - given by Jerry Mck.
3d) TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW RE-CAP
-> Everyone agreed this year's car show was a lot of fun.
-> Jerry read a thank you letter from Marvin (who DJ'd the event) thanking us for being such a great group to DJ for.
3e) TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW (Special Awards)
-> Rick handed out two special sponsor awards. Casey C. sponsored a MOPAR award. Darrel & Diane sponsored best interior award.
-> We would like to recognize and thank Larry Ricky for donating that day's proceeds from his funnel cake vending booth to the charity. Larry... you DA MAN!
3f) TWILIGHT CLASSIC CAR SHOW (Next Year)
-> Jerry discussed the topic of continuing the car show for next year and called for a show of hands who were interested. Nearly everyone raised their hand in support of having a car show next year. Dallas K. made a motion to hold a car show next year. Motion was 2nd with almost everyone voting for the show and no votes against. Now we need a car show committee!

4. CRUIZIN' TIME:
4a) RECAP OF PRIOR CRUISES AND EVENTS
Many thanks to Mike & Marcia R. for hosting last months drive & dine. They had a very nice Mexican dinner catered at their house after the Friday night car show dress rehearsal. It was very well attended and everyone had a great time. What wonderful hosts!
4b) UPCOMING DRIVE & DINE - Linda Pu., Marcia Ro. & Kathy We.
-> Please contact the committee members for your chance to host a drive and dine.
-> Broadcast emails will be sent regarding the event.

4c) There were 51 Corvettes that attended the Lake Point care home car show. It was great to team up with Air Capitol Corvette Club at this event. Lake Point passed out event T-Shirts that had both clubs names on the back in addition to goody bags. There was singing & dancing & lunch & an appearance by Ms. Kansas & a lot of fun.
4d) Jerry would like to see a strong turnout for the Cruizin' for Kids event on Oct. 11. Cheryl with the Marauder's is always a good supporter of our events.
4e) Annual Christmas party will be held Sunday December 13th at Willowbend Country Club. Please thank Rick N. for the use of the club house.
5. DRIVIN' AND BRAGGIN' TIME - Take the wheel for your chance to brag a little.
-> Several members attended the Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend and had lot's of tall tales to tell.
