1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER by President Jerry McK. at 6:30 PM and ended at 7:40.
1a) Approximately 35 members attended tonight's meeting.
1b) Darrel Rol. made dinner reservations at Carlos O'Kelley's.
2. NEW MEMBERS & GUESTS WELCOMED by President Jerry McK. There were none.
3. OFFICER TIME:

3a) CORVETTE TRIVIA QUESTION - given by Mike Row.
3b) TREASURER REPORT given by Janet De. announced this month balance as $ 3,142.26
3c) RECOGNIZE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BIRTHDAYS & "WHO AM I" QUESTION - given by Jerry Mck.
3d) CORVETTE SHOW AND TELL - Two auto parts were presented by Dallas Kel.
3e) MEETING ATTIRE/THEME - Tropical Night so wear your favorite island apparel. Mike Dec. & Marcia Row. won prizes for best dressed.
3f) WICHITA CHILDREN'S HOME DONATION - Discussion to invite Beth with WCH to the annual Christmas party in order to present the $2,000 donation.
4. CRUIZIN' TIME:
4a) RECAP OF PRIOR CRUISES AND EVENTS
Many thanks to Steve Yav. for hosting last months drive & dine.
Fourteen people and six Corvettes attended the November event to Timbuktu hamburger joint in Andover.
4b) UPCOMING DRIVE & DINE - Will be the annual Christmas party.
Many thanks to Rick Nuc. for hosting the Christmas party at Willowbend Country Club.
Please email all club members with the event details.
- DATE: December 13 TIME: 4:00 with dinner catered by Hog Wild Bar-B-Que at 5:00.
Darrel Rol made motion, Rick Nuc. 2nd to have club pay for Christmas meal. Motion passed without opposition.
5. DRIVIN' AND BRAGGIN' TIME - Take the wheel for your chance to brag a little.
5a) Many thanks to Bill & Linda Pul. for organizing a Thanksgiving cruse to Yoder's Carriage Crossing. Thirteen people and six Corvette's attended.
5b) Marcia gave an update on the Christmas Express Concert to benefit the Shriners. The club would like to increase support for this fund raiser and decided to make this event next years November drive & dine.
6. OTHER BUSINESS / DISCUSSION:
6a) W.A.C.C.C. - given by Bill Pu. - No update
6b) We would like to thank Davis-Moore for donating the Corvette & Chevy related ball caps. They were used as prizes during this months meeting.
6c) BLACK TOP NATIONALS (BTN) - Given by Rick Nuc.
6c.1) Rick offered SWCC the opportunity for involvement with the auction. There will be a need for a considerable amount of volunteers.
6c.2) BTN is willing to pay up to $2,000 to SWCC for helping all 4 days and staging areas of the auction event.
6c.3) Dale Gre. met with Rick to get more details on the auction event & how SWCC could be a part of it. See attached document in Secretary binder for details.
6c.4) SWCC would be required to purchase event shirts to identify event volunteers. BTN will offer the shirts at a discount price. SWCC will purchase the shirts for the volunteers with proceeds from the event.
6c.5) Bill Pul. made motion (Jim Pha. 2nd) to have SWCC support the Black Top Nationals auction event.
6c.6) There will be a forthcoming volunteer work day schedule so you can sign up for the days you would like to volunteer.
